"I took Lori's EP Masterclass and it is really good, well worth the $30. Some of my takeaways that I thought were very well done is a healthy Geography lesson. The last 30 minutes is a spotlight on the islands which is really helpful as there are a lot of new properties (mostly EP). She does an amazing job with Tulum. Additionally I felt she really highlighted the properties that can be EP and AI or a mixture (some days EP with AI days) which is hard to find data on. She starts at the top of the 7, and works her way down to Mayakoba where she spends more focus, then to PDC and down south all the way to Bacalar. Mostly, you get an up to date snapshot from November 2023 as to who is doing what and who has changed names and platforms AI to EP and EP to AI.
